  • Can I buy the wine only online?

Yes! IlVinoMio is only an online shop...for now. In the future...who knows.



  • How can I pay the wine I buy online?

Customers can pay the wine which they purchase on www.ilvinomio.com by credit card (through PayPal) and by bank transfer. Deliveries for purchased wine through bank transfer will occur only after the confirmation of the money transfer.



  • Can we buy for third parties, for example a birthday gift to be delivered to an address different from the address of the registered customer?

Yes! The customer needs to click on the "gift box". Following, under the address information request, customer needs to provide the wished delivery address and other necessary information for a successful delivery.



  • What happens if the person that is supposed to receive the gift is not at home at the agreed date and time as confirmed in the purchase order?

In case nobody is present at the delivery location at the agreed time window, our delivery team will contact the person at the phone number confirmed by the customer in the purchase process. The delivery team will speak with the person to see if it is still feasible (at the discretion of the delivery team who will act reasonably) to still deliver the parcel that day. If it is not possible, the parcel will be brought back to IlVinoMio and the customer needs to contact IlVinoMio at info@ilvinomio.com to agree a pick up date. Customer needs to pick up the wine at the address that will be agreed with ilvinomio. Please note that penalty costs apply for wine that was not delivered and was returned to IlVinoMio. Please read details in the terms and conditions under article 5.



  • Must a customer be registered to purchase the wine?

Yes. A customer needs to be registered in order to purchase the wine. Use of personal data is protected as stated in the Terms & Conditions.



  • Is there a minimum amount of wine I need to purchase?

Yes! Customer must confirm a purchase order for the minimum amount of 20 Euro including VAT but excluding delivery costs.



  • Is there a maximum amount of bottles that can be delivered?

There is a threshold at 2000 Euro per single purchase beyond which the transaction will not be completed. A customer that intends to purchase for a value beyond 2000 Euro can contact directly IlVinoMio at info@ilvinomio.com.



  • Can I return the purchased wine to ilvinomio, therefore cancel the contract agreed following the acceptance of the Terms & Conditions?

As specified in the Terms & Conditions, the customer can return the wine to IlVinoMio within 14 days from the day of receipt of goods subject to the bottles still being sealed and not damaged. Please check the terms and conditions for details. A withdrawal template, which can be downloaded, is available on the website.



  • If I return the wine within the timeframe, will I get the money back?

Yes! After the customer has returned the wine to the address specified in the T&C and in compliance with the T&C, the amount of money corresponding to the purchase price of the returned bottles will be sent to the bank account the customer has provided within 10 days from the return of the wine. Delivery costs will not be reimbursed. For details please check article 6 under the Terms & Conditions.



  • If I return the wine am I subject to costs/penalties?

No penalty costs apply when customer returns the purchased wine in compliance with the requirements under the Terms & Conditions.



  • What happens if I am not available at the address and time frame as indicated in the purchase order to collect the wine?

In case nobody is present at the delivery location at the agreed time window, our delivery team will contact the person at the phone number confirmed by the customer in the purchase process.   • When can the wine be delivered?

Customer whose purchase request is confirmed by IlVinoMio within 16.00 hours of Day D, can receive the wine already the same Day D or any other date as indicated by the customer up to a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase (Day D in this example). In terms of time windows, customer can select between the 180 minutes delivery window between 18.00 and 21.00 or 90 minutes delivery window between 18.00 and 19.30. Different delivery costs apply to the 90 minutes and 180 minutes delivery services. The respective delivery costs for the 90 minutes and 180 minutes delivery services do not change according to the selected day for delivery.



  • In which cities/towns is the wine delivered?

Wine will be delivered to all Vienna districts, from 1010 to 1230, and to the following locations: Gerasdorf bei Wien (2210), Korneuburg (2100), Klosterneuburg (3400), Schwechat (2320), Perchtoldsdorf (2380) and Mödling (2342). For any other postal code in Austria, Buyer can send a purchase request to oders@ilvinomio.com. Seller will evaluate the request and is free to provide an offer to Buyer inclusive of T&Cs, but excluding the points 2.5. about prices and 5.12. for the places of delivery.



  • Can a customer purchase the wine and pick up the wine on its own without using the delivery service?

This option is not yet possible. Customer can pick up its wine only under the circumstance when the customer was not available to collect the wine delivered by the delivery team.



  • What happens if IlVinoMio is late in the delivery missing on the agreed date and/or time frame?

IlVinoMio will contact the customer to agree a new date and timeframe. IlVinoMio will do its best to deliver the wine as agreed. For details please read Terms & Conditions under 5.2.



  • Where do the wines come from?

The wines come from Italy and from the following Regions (Provinces): Veneto (Treviso, Verona) and Friuli (Pordenone). Variety of wines' origin could change over time including other regions and provinces.



  • Are you planning to have also non-Italian wines?

Not at the moment.



  • Who certifies the quality of the wine?

IlVinoMio is not producing wine but buying it from responsible wine producers. The wine producer guarantees that the wine described in the website is supplied to ilvinomio as described in the online shop.
